My week with Ms Rona

My Week With Ms Rona.
London has felt like a ticking time bomb over the past few weeks.
Over the past 2 years I have done everything in my power to stay healthy. Home workouts during lockdown, walking more, eating more healthy(ish).
I was vaccinated against Covid-19 and had my booster a few weeks ago.
I thought I had well and truly dodged the evil virus.

Rest: What does that even mean?

What is rest?

"Rest: Cease work or movement in order to relax, sleep, or recover strength."
How many of us can say we have ACTUALLY rested?

Tell Our Stories!

I haven’t written a blog in a while. I haven't been feeling particularly inspired over the past few months. But this weekend I watched In The Heights. Watching the film made me think about community.

They tried to kill us! We survived! Let's eat! (A Passover Tale)

Light The Darkness: Holocaust Memorial Day.

Today is Holocaust memorial day. January 27th.
When you are Jewish, you are born into a community. A community that knows all of your business. A community that try and set you up on potential dates just because you're single. A community who shower you with praise and pick you apart all at the same time. But also, a community who will drop everything to make sure they are there for you at a family funeral. A community who help each other. A community who stick together.
